"Beautiful hotel and nice staff"

"Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean. A few minor details though: a full length mirror would be nice, as there was just the one over the sink in the bathroom, and the toilet paper holder was really far from the toilet (at 5’5” I could barely reach it when sitting). Also, the restaurant was closed for renovations so we always had to go out to eat, and there was an odd smell in the lobby of our floor (but not in the room itself). This being said, I would still go back...

"Great for families! Love the kitchen as part of the room. We comfortably had 2 adults and 2 kids stay in the loft 1 bedroom with pullout couch. Restaurant on site was phenomenal (thought pricey). Great location. Close to Bell Centre (which is why we chose it) and shopping. Parking was tricky when we initially arrived but it’s valet once you get into the front parking area. "

"Generally everything was great. Check-in was mildly challenging as the keys didn’t work and it took longer than usual, but the gentleman was in training, and that’s just life. Only real complaint, and it’s a strange one, we opened the night table door between the two beds in room 1208, and someone had clipped their toenails and left them all inside for us to find. Cleaning staff must have missed it."

"the hotel stay was great! we were very comfortable throughout our stay! The people in the reception area are very helpful and prompt with all our request! Their service is excellent! it should have been 5/5 rating if only there is an easy parking in the hotel. "

"The location is ideal in old Montreal. The space is new and well equipped. The rooftop area is a bonus to use. The reason I do not give this property 5 stars is the noise level of outside street within unit - we stayed in 215 and you could hear everything. They do supply earplugs and sound machine. Also climate control instructions on app do not work or make sense with unit. I was unable to change the settings during my stay. "
