However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed...

"Our stay here was quite quaint. Definitely an older place but if up to it, has a beautiful walk around the Point Pinos Lighthouse and restaurant next door has some good food and dessert for the family. If up to it, this is a nice little place to stay within short driving distance of all local attractions."
