"No privacy between balconies. No privacy between bathrooms and beds. Thin toilet paper. Very nice lobby, nice room decor. Very good staff. Poor pool and pool areas. Small and crowded. Walkway to pool like a cheap motel."

"If you are thinking about staying at the Palms just do it! I really liked that it wasn’t a huge resort. Every single person I met was very nice and always helpful. I didn’t want to bother with a car and dining options at the resort and within walking distance were great! Ubers were easy and relatively inexpensive. I was looking for a chill but luxury vibe. The Palms exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back in the future. "
