"The staff attending the phone, someone named Hector, would ask for "give me justa moment" when you call in the evening to assure the corrcectness or make changes to your reservation, and he would leave you on the line hanging for long time, while he knows you are on a foreign call, expensive, just like that. You calle back, he does the same again. "

"Let’s start with the good. Wonderful staff, very accommodating, amazing food, pool area is fantastic and great accommodation. Not so good. My husband stepped on a shard of glass in our room outside area that had a sunken Jacuzzi. One of the front desk ladies told us all sunken Jacuzzis were not working and jets had been turned off. When chatting with other guests around the pool that was not the case. It would just have been nice if they told us the truth."
