Not much i didnt like except hotel parking cost was a secret until I showed up with a rental. There was NO prices given and reception said it was cheaper to park elsewhete.. Its a pity we are not told up front at time of booking hotel, would be the difference between trusting hotels in future

I had rented a second room for a couple nights with another friend. (I was visiting from Canada and saw a couple Australian friends while in Melbourne.) Room was similar to what was advertised. Not much of a view but was quiet. Nice coffee and restaurant options near by. Easy walking distance to transit etc.

I liked my overall stay… I had rented the “Heritage King” room… and the room we ended up in was much smaller than the photos they use. It also had a weird little window to an area between the old buildings that didn’t give any actual light or air.

Great hotel, great location, clean. Staff were all super lovely, (apart from 1 woman on desk just after 10am, when checking out this morning. Brusque and rude; huge shame as rest of the team super friendly).
