"We were very excited about this home & location when we booked. We were alerted at the last minute about renovations happening in the home, but didn’t think anything of it. We were greeted by a rather rough looking exterior. One of the front door windows was cracked & the paint was chipping off the columns. When we returned and were able to look around a bit, it was clear things weren’t as nice advertised. The kitchen was 10/10 - so modern & well stocked! However the few things that stuck out...

"This is the second time staying at this property. Loved it again! The house is clean, has excellent amenities and communication with the owner is very easy. I love the proximity to Lake Superior and the walking/biking trails. I’ll definitely be back."

This is the best location in town and if it rains you can cozy up to the fireplace and still watch the Ore Dock and lake through the large windows. It was so awesome to celebrate graduation with family in this peaceful, well appointed spot. Don’t hesitate book it!"

"Very clean, up to date furniture, lots of room to sit & converse, very comfortable bedding. I can hardly think of a negative but if I had to say one it would be that the only bath/shower is quite high off the ground. I had my older parents with us that have both had hip & knee replacements and it was a little hard for them to enter & exit shower."
