Bel hotel - superbe chambre confortable - canapé - double douche :) accueil mitigé - bloqué 2 fois à l'extérieur de ma chambre problème de batterie de la porte. pas de restaurant pour le breakfast sauf un café et croissant; bof. nul pour ce gendre d'hotel qui se veut trendy. hotel très bruyant - boite de nuit jusqu'à 3 heures du mat pas pour des quinqua ou sexagénaires

Piscine pratiquement inaccessible les soirs et week ends. Pas de problème à ce qu'il existe des hôtels pour adultes, mais le site n'en fait nullement mention. Si cela avait été clairement indiqué, nous serions allés ailleurs. Musique bruyante également. Pour des familles j'éviterai tout bonnement le quartier dans son ensemble. Notre chambre n'a été nettoyée qu'une fois pour un séjour de 4 nuits.

Nice but .. not family friendly !
L'hotel est très bien placé et les chambres et parties communes sont trés sympas, rien à redire. Le personnel très bien aussi. En revanche, attention si vous y allez en famille : - réservez bien une chambre à deux lits doubles dès le départ sinon ils vous la proposeront mais pour 100$ de plus alors qu'elle est généralement au même prix lors du booking - à savoir : pas même une bouteille d'eau disponible gracieusement dans les chambres... uniquement mini bar - wifi : uniquement pour 3 devices, les autres sont payants .. - piscine : sauf si vos enfants sont matinaux il est très compliqué pour eux d'y accéder : ferme à 17h si pas avant pour cause d'event (très réguliers) et la plupart du temps réservée aux +21 ans - musique : le skybar situé au niveau de la piscine est ouvert jusqu'à 2h du matin avec le dj qui va avec .. prévoir une chambre assez haut perchée si vous avez le sommeil léger .. - parking : 60$ par jour pour le service valet ! on n'est pas loin du record .. sinon 10 minutes de marche mais ça se fait. En bref : l'hotel est bien, les chambres aussi, c'est bien placé, animé, certainement top en couple mais plus compliqué en famille ! Ce serait quand même utile qu'il fasse un effort au niveau des services : eau / wifi / informations events à la réservation / piscine / parking pour vraiment mériter leur standing ..

The pool is 21 and over for late hours during the week, and weekends are 1pm. But we do work with neighboring hotels, and offer another hotel for kids during those times. We also do have complimentary waters in the rooms, that are replaced daily. And upon requests. I hope your overall stay was enjoyable. We are happy you stayed with us. Have a great week.

Personnel antipathique, services indignes d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : aucun nettoyage de la chambre sauf demande, le SkyBar n’est pas un rooftop mais un petit bar au niveau Rez de chaussée, accueil du personnel lunaire compte tenu de la soit-disant réputation de l’hôtel. La seule personne vraiment charmante fût Éric, en charge de la sécurité. Grande déception et conseille fortement le Andaz by Hyatt juste en face où la qualité du service est incomparable positivement pour le Andaz

aucune offre de restauration, hotel en travaux a partir de 7H50 le matin avec bruit non stop, impossible d'aller a la piscine a cause du bruit, un vrai calvaire, et le personnel n'en a absolument rien a faire . j'ai meme commander un room service qui n'est jamais arrivé, je suis descendu au bout d'1H30 et on m'a dit qu'on avait oublié de le commander car ils avaient beaucoup de travail Le restaurant est en travaux en plus donc rien a manger

First room We had was dirty with dust balls nuder the coach. Very complicated to have beds at the pool, not enough beds for everybody And they let people from the outside enter at the pool !! They charged me premium internet on the bill but i was my Expédia VIP advantage.They Also charged me an overnight parking but I have no car !! Had to ask for those abusive extras to be take of the bill !

Club Scene!! Hotel is great if you are 21 and over and love a noisy club scene. If you don’t, this hotel is not for you. After 6 pm, and earlier on weekends, you have to be 21 and over to enjoy most of the hotel amenities including the pools. The areas turn into clubs open to outside public - even though you are the pne paying the hotel fee. In addition, the club music is so loud that it can be heard (it vibrates) and felt through double slding doors. In terms of positives…. Beautiful and spacious bathrooms.

The lobby and pool area are dingy and full of uncomfortable and some, stained seating. No pretty flowers anywhere either…There is a an extremely unattractive dirty plastic tent over the pool. You would think you would get a water or glass of champagne at check in?? Is that old time? classy?

It was beautiful but I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and when I came back around 5pm, the maid was in my room cleaning. I felt completely violated and shocked because I left a lot of valuables out. She told me she didn’t speak English and continued to clean as we asked her to leave. She then left all of our trash and our floors soaking wet so I am not sure what her intentions of going in were. She then went on the elevator and didnt even clean any rooms next to us. Super sketchy which is sad because I love the Mondrian but that was too much for my liking

Not impressed. Dirty. Rude staff
Room was not ready on time. Once we got in room there was dust bunnies on floor. Bathroom was needed an update as the tiles were cracked and facets didn’t work well. View was the only the nice thing. Asked for ice and never got it twice. Over charged my coffee tab and said they call me to correct and never did.

Stayed here for 3 nights and we're very pleased with this hotel! It is situated in a good area although you need to either drive or walk a long distance to get to different popular locations. Very clean pool area and cafe/restaurant with excellent service. Perfect trendy and boutique hotel for a girls trip! Would definitely stay here again!
