Hôtel très vieillot a besoin d'une bonne rénovation et surtout d'un grand nettoyage de printemps les chambre sente très mauvaise la moquette pleine de tache je ne me suis même pas couvert avec les draps la chambre était très difficile d'accès enfin bref je ne le recommanderai à personne !

Hotel avec beaucoup de charme, et très bien situé à West Hollywood. Les chambres sont dans un pur style classique cosy américain très chaleureux. C'etait notre second sejour dans cet hotel et j'y retournerai avec beaucoup de plaisir.

We got upgraded to a suite, got a complimentary wine bottle. The suite was really spacious with large screen TV in each room & individual bathrooms for kids. Hotel staff was really pleasant & gave us ideas for sight seeing. Hotel was so close to all the main attractions and we enjoyed our stay!!

Hollywood isn’t what it used to be, it’s affecting the surroundings. The girl itself has great location. The staff was very responsive and kind. The pool area should be better maintained. The parking garage doors were mostly unlocked, meaning anyone can theoretically walk into the hotel. Room was spacious and well maintained. Some of the amenities should get an update like the tvs.

The property is very clean, but it’s slightly dated. However, the location makes up for it! The breakfast is standard continental style. We stayed in a room that opened to the gorgeous pool area. Overall, we were very happy staying here, and we will stay here again. The staff are supremely nice, too!!

We absolutely LOVED this property! The staff was amazing, the rooms and grounds were very clean and very taken care of. We were there for 8 nights on an anniversary vacation and this will definitely be the place that we stay in LA. Please don’t hesitate to book here! This hotel is beautiful! There are flowers in abundance, all around the pool area, and almost every room has a window box overflowing with beautiful flowers. Looking out our window I felt like I was in an Italian piazza or some thing. The abundance of flowers added so much beauty and serenity to our stay.. the room was clean and spacious and very nicely decorated and it included a microwave, a refrigerator and a little sink separate from the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was also very helpful..

Beautiful area around the pool. Glorious vegetation. Great ground floor room. All staff were just wonderful! My one comment re environmentalism is that all the plates and cutlery at breakfast are disposable. I do understand that this may be because they only have a small kitchen facility. The food was good though so this is the only comment.

This was a very nice hotel. We were allowed to check in early and given a room on the first floor that opened directly to the pool!! The staff was wonderful and very helpful with answering questions about restaurants and things to do. The hot breakfast was really good too!! Lots of variety and everything was fresh. We were so full from it we really weren’t hungry for anything until close to dinner. The location was great and hop on hop off tour bus stop was across the street which was really good. I’d highly recommend staying here!!

Ich hatte hier ein angenehmes Wochenende. Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung. Der Innenhof mit dem Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet. Beim Frühstück muss ich ein paar Abzüge machen. Hier wäre mehr Auswahl schön gewesen, vor allem was Obst angeht und vielleicht anstatt des Plastikbestecks mal richtiges Geschirr angebracht.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Pool side very pretty with lots of flowers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. Delicious breakfast buffet. Overall I had a great time. Would stay there again next time I visit LA.

Excellent location, staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean, hotel design feels like you have stepped back in time but with all the modern amenities. Pool area wprovided a nice break from exploring the area. I plan to stay here again and would highly recommend.

This was the perfect end to pur busy holiday. The hotel is so cute, staff very friendly and helpful and location is quiet and super convenient. Breakfast was amazing and staf lf were constantly topping all the options up. Id definitely recommended it.

Nicest Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. Super convenient to Gay neighborhood, which was completely walkable. This hotel was very quiet and clean. Hotel Staff was friendly. The cleaning and maid services were the sweetest. They gave us things we requested with a genuine smile and kindness. We will be returning and might make this our “go to” West Hollywood accommodations.

Busy area but not crazy. Parking a plus. Nice to be able to grab a coffee and light breakfast before heading out to visit the city. A few good restaurants within close walking distance. Great comedy club (called The Comedy Store) across the street. Located directly on the Big Bus Hop-on-Hop-off bus route which is an asset location wise. Clean with nice pool. We had a good size fridge in room which was handy for food from Trader Joe’s just a ten minute walk away.
