The Conceirge are very helpful and friendly. The receptionist are very snotty. Whilst checking in on information was provided about WiFi, directions to restaurant or bar, facilities. We were also sent on the wrong floor. We judged based on our looks rather than equality or standard procedures. Only at checkout the receptionist was helpful. I have at a lot of branded chain of hotels and resorts but never been treated so badly. Receptionist can at least smile. Attitude and ego is terrible.

The hotel was alright, it was clean enough. But just way too pricey for what you get being it nothing special. Just an average place. The whole place, lobby, elevator, hallways everything was just dark and gloomy. Room service staff was nice though.

This hotel was great. The only thing I will mention is the shower. The way it is set up a good amount of water goes out of the shower. Other than that, the experience was great. We had a few hours after our check out for our flight and they allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel. There was also a security guard after 11 pm at the door which made it feel more safe.
