Hotel was good, room was fine. It was a lot more dated than I was hoping for. Low shower pressure, and a small bed for the size of th room would be my biggest complaints. Staff were friendly, check in was quick

The rooms were very large with two queen beds and we chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Lisbon airport (it’s a 7 min drive). But the hotel is in very bad shape and in desperate need of upgrades. For the price we definitely expected more. The bathtub was difficult to get in and out. The air conditioner didn’t work very well. And the bathroom and furniture in the room was really old, including the tea kettle. Not enough plugs for charging our phones, and none of them were near the beds. Overall we were disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there was a leak coming from the ceiling in my room from the air conditioning. The hotel wasn’t able to have a technician come out until the next day so I had to put a towel down to prevent water getting all over the floor. I had a hard time sleeping due to the constant drip sound and I had an early flight the next morning.
