"The hotel has invested in the lobby and the casino, but the rooms need to be upgraded especially the beds — lifted off the ground. The carpets need to be changed. New paint or wallpaper would greatly improve the appearance. The windows are not modern. Which distracts from the view.There’s a lot to work on, but overall, I would rate it average. the location is great for eating and shopping . "

"Older hotel. Needs a bit of renovation. There was a fist fight in the kids pool by drunk adults. Needs to do a better job of keeping the piece. "

Self check in kiosk said my room wasn’t ready despite being 730pm so had to stand in line for 40 min since there was only about 5 staff members checking in and handing complaints. The staff however all handled themselves excellently as we watched the show. On check out there was a sign to say check in & check out with the same huge line.
