When I tell you I’m livid I mean it. Although I live in a surrounding city my brother went to the prom here this hotel has gotten an upgrade and all but not on service. At check in it was fine however I was given a room room twice and then none of the keys to a supposed right room actually works. I’m writing this outside of a wrong room as we speak. This hotel may look nice and have nice amenities but don’t be fooled it’s a hot mess I will never stay at this location again and I mean that with my whole chest

Unaccommodating. Refuse to issue a refund even though I tried to cancel months in advance. Charge extra for early checking but when I called to ask if I could check in early nothing was mentioned about paying extra. Room was dirty, no fleece blanket, room had visible construction repairs. Will not be staying here again.

Bugs!!! Mattresses are absolutely filthy with signs of bedbugs everywhere. I’ve never been so grossed out. After telling management we were moved to a room that was infested with ants. So dirty. Was staying for a dance competition. Will never stay again. I’d rather sleep in my car.

Visit this hotel on many occasions for Dance events. This trip I had two rooms and neither room was cleaned upon check in. Once housekeeping was notified the issue was resolved, but the trash, uncleaned bathrooms, and unmade beds were somehow overlooked on the first round.

Looks good from the outside. Interior was dirty.Room was terrible! There was hair all over in beds and bathroom, floor carpet was dirty. would not recommend.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was really small. There was a handicap bar in the way. I'm small and I kept hitting it. Shower door wouldn't stay open when you dried to dry off. there was an unlocked door in our room that led to another room that had water damage and smelled really bad. We put a chair in front of the door so we had a little notice if someone tried to get in from the other room. The other room only had a couch in it. Too small for a bed. Not sure what it was, but the door adjoining to our room should of had some type of lock on it.

I like they have an indoor pool, mini mini arcade, and a small playroom for children. The breakfast was underwhelming and not worth the costs in my opinion. Coffee for $2 for 8oz is crazy, sheesh give me at least a 16oz buddy . There are many hotels in the areato choose from so I would choose a damn one next time. I also was not fond of having a conjoining room and being on the 1st floor (I have never stayed on a first floor). My review overall is it's good for families and convenience.

The hotel upkeep definitely needs work, it was sloppy. (Like an empty laundry cart in the middle of the hallway in hours that there was no housekeeping service going on , couches in bad condition …)The room I got, stains from bottles and other liquids could be seen on the dresser and knight tables. Pillows in the room could be better quality (gave me & my husband horrible neck pain) staff was ok overall for a 2 night stay it was ok .

We were told we could check in early and then I was turned down after following the time table. The rooms were gross, and it took forever to get coffee in the morning. The soap was super gross, which was weird because it was all sealed.

When I checked in I was assured the credit card given would not be charged , I could use a different card at checkout. Not only was the card charged , it was charged twice holding 700 dollars from my account . I have called four times and not one person has the common sense to help me they are passing me around . The staff is a bunch of morons who are holding my money hostage I do not recommend this place , we are most likely going to court over inexperienced people just to get a 300 dollar refund

Really nice hotel to stay at if you’re planning on staying just a couple days or less, it’s very expensive for what they have to offer. I travel for work so I need certain things in my room like a MICROWAVE.. the hotel is huge & the only microwave in the place is in the lobby which is like a 1/2 mile walk away from my room.

We stayed at the facility during a very busy weekend for them as there was a dance convention. It was our first time as guests. The rooms were decent and clean although not new. Not a problem. The biggest issue that was had is that checkout is 11 am. The room keys stopped working early in the am. This is incredibly inconvenient. Two people couldn’t load the vehicle because someone had to operate the 2 doors as the cards didn’t open work. Cards should have been brought to us when we reported this issue but they stated it was everyone. It wasn’t but that’s besides the point. If this is policy to deactivate, it’s a poor one! We stayed the weekend and had a lot of luggage! Additionally we had to call twice for towels and coffee.

The staff was not accommodative, there was a stain on my sheets, the floor was not vacuumed, and there was an open water bottle in the fridge. When I checked out I let them know of the issues and they did not even care. I told them to please let the manager know so future guests won’t have the same bad experience.
