We stood the weekend of memorial Friday till Sunday. We booked it so that our grandchildren could get in the indoor pool. We went to the indoor pool on Friday and noticed that the water wasn’t clear then on Saturday when we went back it was closed. The staff said there was bacteria in it and that it will be closed for the next two weeks until the pool guy came and clean it. So if you’re going there to go to the pool call first to make sure it’s open and clean. Other than that issue it was a great stay and we loved our room.

Comfortable stay! Bathroom could do with a few touch ups. Need a new ironing board cover, but other than that, it was not bad for a one night stay!

There was a pervasive smell in the room either in the garbage disposal or behind the refrigerator. Used our own Febreeze in order to tolerate it. Water in the pool was murky, uninviting, disappointing. TV had a tinny sound. Shampoo etc holder in the tub was falling off the wall. Could hear people walking in unit above us.

We had to change rooms because the door lock was broken. The second room the bathroom door dragged on the floor so it was next to impossible to close. But the bed was comfortable and the in- room kitchen is a great convenience.

Room was set up nicely. Burners do not work properly. Needed to “ask” for clean towels daily. Room was very dusty. Other peoples long hair around floor in the bathroom with debris around edges in the living area. Carpeting needs to be replaced. Would not stay in this location again.

Exceeded expectations
We closed on our house and needed a place to sleep the night before traveling the next day. We had a pickup full of household stuff as well as our chocolate lab. Our room was clean, well supplied and everything exceeded our expectations. All staff members were kind, courteous and helpful. Our dog was also welcomed which is a must whenever we travel any place. Good job, Candlewood staff!

The first room we got looked to be under construction and not ready for guests. We went to the lobby and asked for a new room and without hesitation they gave us a new room and it was fantastic! It was clean, updated, and extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

What I am most bitter about is the pet fee. They charged me a fee, when I was told this was in case of a pet accident. I travel often with my dog and use Airbnb or book pet friendly hotels and NEVER have been charged a pet fee. My dog stays very clean and take her out often so no accidents happen. Also people smoking in the parking lot gives this place a bad taste.

Tried to check in early and the front desk person was rude, telling me check in was not until 3 but when our room was ready it smelled like poop when we walked in, we were moved to another but then Wi-Fi and telephone didn’t work, also for the amount of money I spent, breakfast should have been included.

Kathy at the front desk (when I checked in and when I checked out) was so sweet, caring and helpful! The size of the suite was amazing! I will definitely be staying at Candlewood Suites in future travels.

The room had a terrible stincb which was deodorized once I informed them I was offered a room upgrade however it wasn’t accommodating for the size of people so we declined.. we returned after our event to take showers there was NO HOT WATER in addition to the towel holder falling off the wall in the middle of the night not to mention when the towels fells off the rack a towel was soiled …when I contacted the front desk I was told to speak to manager Nicholas the following morning which I did… He informed me that he would inspect the room and let me know I haven’t heard anything back
