Super easy check in and check out. Aesthetically it was nice. Furniture looked good. Really liked the two floor design and the view of the marina. The bed was comfy. Bathrooms were clean, but we didn’t realize the shampoo dispenser was empty. (Had our own so it didn’t matter.) Showed some wear and tear around the front door. Has to push the door close carefully to make sure it locked shut. Staff was very nice. They actually texted me to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything! It looked very clean, but we did see a roach in the kitchen the first night. And after walking around barefoot I noticed that my feet were really dirty so the carpets and floors probably need to be cleaned.

Very cute, beautifully renovated, good price and good spot because the dive center I use is literally a few steps from this property. It’s right on the canal has many amenities and is fully stocked, staff is great and there are many restaurants available to walk ride bikes, or drive.

Waterside Suites was remodeled and the accommodations were very good. Now that we were able to see all that it had to offer ie- kitchenette,refrigerator,microwave,etc., plan on going back for a longer stay.

Everything was good however there were small worms in the bathtub. We asked for service to clean it and they only sprayed the area with Clorox and didn’t clean the rest of the room.

We loved the room it was very clean and we loved the view from our balcony! Parkng was Great! Pool was nice and property was well kept Only had one complaint the 140 bux for resort fees felt it was quite high and it really is not a resort! We stayed for five nights noone cleans your room or brings clean towels!! Really didnt get much for the resort fees! Other then that I would highly recomend this Hotel!

Beautiful location on the marina. Large two-level suite with balcony, full kitchen, large bedroom, two bathrooms, living area. Very quiet, plenty of parking. Had some issues at check-in (price they wanted to charge was higher than the Expedia booking) but we eventually got it sorted. Front desk isn't always staffed so sometimes it took a while to contact someone by phone. Pool is a little underwhelming but we didn't use it. Would definitely recommend.

The property itself is fine the issue is their policies. I booked for a single day initially and then wanted to extend my stay for a second day. Doing so the system glitched and my initial booking for a single day got cancelled. I still went ahead and booked again but now two days instead of only one. The issue was that they took my money from the first booking and never refunded me, if I had purposefully cancelled my booking I would understand that they do not refund me, but it is ridiculous that because of a glitch I am not getting my money back. And the worst part about it all is that I always intended to stay there and even extended my stay, for them to basically steal my money

Arrived at 10:20 on Sunday night and nobody was at desk for a period of nearly 10 minutes. Once she showed up, she wasn’t friendly, didn’t smile, and really shouldn’t work in retail facing business! Inside or facility was much nicer than outside portrayed. Only error internally was the shower had no body wash!

We liked the location since we could walk to a couple of restaurants/bars. The staff was really helpful. Nice accommodations for the price. There was not a jet ski rental next to the resort like we thought, but the rest met or exceeded our expectations.
