I would have loved to have a full-length mirror in the room and I didn't like the bathroom setup - in the shower area, taking a shower, there was nowhere to put your used and fresh clothes except the back of the toilet. "Hotel was well presented and rooms were modern and clean and wifi was fast. Staff were also very polite and eager to assist. Breakfast was also included which was very handy and a good way to start the day. Would definitely stay there again."

"The location is great but NOISY - near the beach, moped rentals, stores, and restaurants but the street near by is extremely loudy with cars and yelling all night long. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The place is okay overall, but it is definitely older and more on the very “basic” side of a hotel. I do not recommend the “laundry facilities” as they are old, run down, basically in an open air closet, and left my clothes stinkier than before. "

"There was miss communication about parking and not enough detail when we booked that they charge $45 for valet and that there is no free parking but can park for $35 at another hotel about 4-5 blocks away. The pool was closed the entire time and that was not told to us either. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was right by the elevators so we could hear everyone getting on and off. "Really good hotel. Stayed in Koa room which was spacious with well equipped kitchen. Small pool on roof, but just a few minutes walk from a great beach. And really well located for shopping and restaurants in Waikiki. Valet parking very efficient, including when leaving for an early flight. I’m sure there are more luxurious places, but this was very good and excellent value. I’d stay again."
