"Ocean Escape is a lovely get away. The condo was cozy and within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. We wished the sauna had been operational. "We love staying at Diamond Head Beach Hotel. Each unit is individually owned so the review is for this unit. Exactly what we needed! Enough room in the bedroom and even more in the living room. We return to Honolulu 3-4 times a year after living in Honolulu so we know the area and property well. Looking forward to the next visit! Aloha!"

"Pros: Location is great! Across from the zoo, 1 block from Queen's Beach where I played a little sand volleyball. Several restaurants, stores, and bus stops in walking distance. Balcony where you can see the beach and palm trees. Several items to use: Beach chairs & mats, books, fridge, microwave, stovetop (no oven, which was fine). Cons: Music two floors down during 4 of the nights which can be heard: Saturday, Sunday and 2 other nights. Can hear some of the vehicles going by as well. I...

"This room was a great home base for our week in Hawaii. The view from both your private balcony and the rooftop deck are 10/10. The beach is literally a 3 min walk from this room. "Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...
