Negatives were our room had a mildew odor, the toilet tank took forever to refill, the shuttle to Hershey Park is no longer operating and housekeeping only emptied our garbage and took used towels. "Do you like ducks? Do your kids like ducks? This is the place for you. The pond near the hotel is home to 2 families of ducks. They're adorable, and the front desk sells baggies of duck feed for 50¢. Love it! "
