"This is an extraordinary place, beautifully nestled at the top of a narrow tree-lined road, designed to blend into the landscape. It's high, and the view of the sea is grand. Well appointed, with a salt-water pool and very nice communal areas. We stayed only one night, a stopover between Kona airport and the drive to Hilo. We left thinking we would like to stay again, perhaps stay two nights. Lovely hosts. "

All the staff were extremely attentive, supportive and helpful and fulfilled all our requests! We had unforgettable vacation in Fairmont Orchid and will come back next year definitely. P.S. food is delicious in resort, but expensive. There are nearby grocery stores where you can save some money and find everything you need including hot food."
