The hotel wifi sucks. It disconnects all the time. Very hard to work with the wifi. Parking costs average of $35 per day whereas other hotels such as Marriott, 4 seasons are offering free parking. If you take your car out of the parking you may not get parking again. So I had to leave my rental car in the parking and had to take Uber which is waste of money.

Service was poor. Front desk check-in was snarky, and parking was aweful. $26/night for a parkade with a broken elevator (same price to park in their outdoor lot). Rooms are outdated but clean - hard to regulate temperature and it was kept at 15C.

Pros: -easy to get to, -close to everything downtown, -fast check-in and check-out, -decent customer service, -gym was small but convenient, -delicious chocolate banana dessert at hotel's resto, -was allowed to borrow a microwave in our room for a few days Cons: -elevator wait line and time every time you want to leave the hotel or get to your room (slow), wish there were stairs. -no label on room phone to know how to contact front desk, cleaning lady didn't know either, so had to walk there. *Listed as smoke-free hotel, but clients are allowed to smoke on their balconies which are right next to your doors/balconies, so if you want fresh air, you can't have it (that was the biggest disappointment)* -some minor things weren't clean in room (hair and smudges on walls & ceilings in bathroom)

Once again, the staff is exemplary. Efficient, helpful and effective. I will return to this Hotel, even though it requires much updating in the rooms and public spaces. Nothing beats the quality of service provided by the hotel staff!
