We could walk everywhere easily - a great location! Our stay was quick so we didn't have time to enjoy the fire pit or hot tub but the privacy of the back patio was nice to have available. Chase was very responsive to questions and the check in process was seamless. I would highly recommend this property!"

They don't have a ton of outrageous rules like some properties I have seen listed, either. The cottage itself is cute, clean, and in a great location. (It felt like my private apartment!) "Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids."
