The A/C did not work (it was blistering hot in the room), The wifi was non existent, when asked if I could get another room I was told that everywhere else was booked. And the A/C should've been fixed (it wasn't) we ended up leaving at 2am because we couldn't stand the heat of the hotel room.

The A/C was non existent and ceiling fan not functioning, so room was very warm. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated greatly while in shower. Beds were good. Grounds spectacular and pool was great. Nice location and quiet.

No ac and no water pressure! My goodness this place was awful. It was so humid, and the desk worker said nothing disclosing the fact that there was no ac, as if no water pressure wasn’t enough, the shower quite literally STOPPED working. Do not stay here, I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

They didn’t give me the room that I had booked and didn’t try to accommodate me at all. The A/C unit didn’t work and the rooms were hotter inside than it was outside. Stains on our bed and blankets and old hard pillows.

It was a beautiful hotel, the counter ladies weren’t too kind. The air conditioning did not work at all, but I think that was for all the repairing they were doing, and they did not mention anything about that situation.

Other than being covered in bed bug bites for the last week after my stay, having to purchase a fan because the AC is controlled by someone out of town (basically) while being 90° outside and the guy who's pitbulls kept getting out and roaming the grounds it was great. The staff was nice and very accommodating when I reserved the wrong room. The grounds are shady and grassy with a clean pool. I'm still covered in bites from my feet to my hands though. If it weren't for that and the AC it would've been great. They will be undergoing a remodel soon from my understanding so hopefully these things won't be a future issue.

The hotel is under construction. There is no AC or windows that open in the room. The ice machine was out of order and there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning.
