"What a gem! Hotel employees went the extra mile to provide a great stay! They helped me coronate transportation to and from the airport as well as the boat trip. Property location is beautiful and the resort grounds are wonderful. Breakfast is great! My only (slight) complaint was the Happy Hour sign was still out at the bar when it was actually past Happy Hourso I assumed it was still during that time but it was not. Regardless would easily recommend and return to this wonderful place."

From pick up to departure, their team and staff always made sure that everything is facilitated and taken cared for. The attention to detail is impeccable that the whole experience is very personalized. Nestled in an isolated area, Cauayan resort guests can enjoy tranquility, peace and be one with nature. Complimented by the top notch service from their team and staff, there is nothing you can ask for but to wish that your stay could have been longer or that the experience will not end soon. The amenities are good and enough and I am sure could be better but the quality of service you get is what makes it standout and special. "Todo perfecto. Lo mejor la localización en una isla cerca de big lagoon y small lagoon. El hotel organiza las actividades de tal manera que estamos solos, sin gente, en lugares con paisajes. espectaculares. Ademas el snornel en la playa del hotel es increíble. También puedes coger un kayak para ir a preciosas playas, cuando ya se han ido los tours y estar solo. Una maravilla "

"I booked room one, a family room, as it was the last room available at the time. I didn’t need the additional space but it was worth the additional cost for the view. There was seating and two sun beds on the deck overlooking the bay. Unrestricted water views. The hotel isn’t new, but gets five stars for the view and the excellent food. "

"The staff was exceptional. If you want a true getaway from it all this place is it. Not much to do but sit at the beach, swim in the ocean, or in the two pools. Wish there were more dining options on site, but the smoothies and juices were excellent!"
