"Area streets were dirty. We were disappointed with the overall amount of garbage everywhere we walked. Hotel was nice - not reflective of them. Old building - welcome to downtown, was clean, good breakfast, fabulous selection of fun eateries with amazing food on the same street. Great location for walking. Front desk was always friendly. Car rental is close. Comfy bed! Enjoyed having a balcony. Excellent choice for the price."
