"Outside might not be safe after 10 PM. recommend to be at hotel at 10 PM at the latest. It seems like there are several homeless around when becoming dark on the streets if you are walking. I recommend to hotel to have a coffee maker, microwave oven and water dispenser at the lobby at least and available to guests since rooms don't have this services. Room is serviced with 2 small water bottes but that is not enough for my normal need of water."

"For a low budget hotel this is perfect. Only down side is if you are not used to being in commercial areas the location is not ideal. All the staff were wonderful. I meet the young owner and wish him well. I will return. Although in a not great area it is very close to downtown and the owner and staff could not have been more helpful.
