"Descent hotel but extremely outdated furnishings. Spider webs with bugs stuck in them in the corners of the room. If you’re just looking to enjoy the view and the beach without a fancy or pricey room, this is it. "

"Stayed here for 1 night, the rooms were spacious and the room was clean .check in was a bit slow and the staff was fine . The view from room was good too, it’s quiet near dc, perfect for our trip . Overall, would recommend this place . "

"This property could use an update but the staff keeps it up pretty well. Our room was clean, the air conditioner worked well and we didn't encounter any issues in the 5 nights that we were there. The only thing I would mention is we were here in May..graduation time...tons of kids and kid groups. Surprisingly, however, they weren't too annoying. There is no pool or laundry facilities...we didn't need these but thought it'd be good to mention. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful!....as...

"There’s a gentleman by the name of “Chris” whom I’m assuming is an operator (answers and transfers accordingly) is NOT friendly at ALL. I’d HIGHLY suggest some customer service retraining. The toilet had an issue which come to find out stemmed from outside yet, it was fixed in a timely fashion. "

"Our safe for one night was great. The only issue I had was the noise from neighbors. The property is well maintained, the staff friendly, & excellent location to shopping, restaurants, & the beach! Just a 3 minute walk!!! "
