"Didn’t like how busy everything was. Everything cost and it was expensive. Parking is a huge rip off."

"Lobby at night doesn’t feel safe! Day club pool is ugly and people saving their around the pool chairs at 6am and not showing up till 9/10am is not right to others that show up looking for a chair around the pool "

"Hotel was clean, high end, with friendly and helpful staff. The Valet in particular was a kind Italian gentleman who was helpful and informative. Only issue from my end was the “parking” I paid for turned out to be a lot several blocks from the hotel. I chose just to use the valet service but save yourself some headache and just do valet from the start. Overall 10/10 and will be returning! "
