"This property is nothing but amazing. The staff is so kind, they truly go above and beyond for their guests. It’s very clean and well kept. There’s so many activities to keep everyone in your party occupied. The food was absolutely incredible. The room service was always right on time. "

"4 star property- 3 star service. Food is 3 stars- but they have some good options. They have hamburger hotdog chips and tacos for the snack bar. I wish they did more in the area. Like cut up fruit or chicken or salad. The grounds are beautiful and clean I wish they would clean the glass at the pool restaurant it’s an eye sore and with no beach and too much seaweed. It would make you feel like this us the worst resort. It’s definitely not a beach resort but a jungle resort. resort with wild life everywhere. Mosquitos are out at night along with the monkeys. My kids had a great experience - waterpark and slides and eco experience but we won’t be back- thankful for the experience. "
