"Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, our rooms have a view of downtown Toronto. There are Chinese buffet, Korean grocery store, Starbucks, Cora, Freshii etc within walking distance. Bus stop is right at the hotel. We love it and will stay at Pan Pacific again. "

"The staff at the hotel were very nice, although there was one person in the prime steak restaurant on the top floor, that was not very nice or accommodating."

"The person checking us in was not helpful. Sent us to the wrong room the first time. The manager leaves something to be desired also. The room itself was nice and the beds were comfortable. We booked 2 Rooms and expected to be close together; however, we were on different floors. I will not likely choose this hotel on my next visit."
