Staff was friendly and gracious, suggesting sites to see, food to eat, etc. The only drawback was we were on the second floor and there was no elevator but the view from the second floor was worth it. Though I had to fight with my door and lift it to get the door locked I was able. My keys didn’t want to work half the time either but the customer service I received from that was great.
