We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. "Loved how family friendly it was. We loved the kid play room as well as the kids pool. Staff were all amazing. Second time staying at this hotel and we will definitely be back! "

"Hotel Palace Royale is within walking distance to many attractions. The pool and hot tub are great for the end of the day soak after a long day of non stop walking. The check in was easy. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in to our room. The front staff was super helpful with suggestions of things to see and things to do. A couple of suggestions would maybe have robes in the rooms to curl up in or wear down to the pool and body lotion. Definitely would return. "

A plumbing problem with the guest room next to ours, when they flushed the toilet ours made a bubbling noise! It kept waking me during the night. No compensation was offered because we "pre-paid" our stay. "

My family really enjoyed the ability to park our car and walk everywhere we wanted. Our room was very comfortable for our family of four, we will definitely be planning a return visit sometime soon!"
