"Got an upgraded room with a small kitchen and a bathtub, pleasant surprise. Had a small problem with the front door opening in room 504. Worked with the right touch but hit and miss. Have stayed here before and will return again."

"We were traveling with our autistic grandson and needed to break our travel to allow for him to rest from all the input of traveling. The hotel was clean but more importantly quiet. It was quiet enough for him to be comfortable taking a swim in the pool as there was not a bunch of other children screaming and splashing."

"Even though the Eagle Express chair lift was closed when we went there, its location is not too far from other shuttle stops and lifts. It's also less crowded. "

"The property location was perfect to walk to everything in Palm Springs. Pool area was nice with plenty of umbrellas and food and drinks available. Rooms were kinda tired but sufficient and clean. "

"This was our 3rd visit in 3 years and we were kind of disappointed with our stay. There was exposed tack strip in our room that went from our bedroom to tile floor. Not safe for anyone. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard and a dirty spatula in a drawer. (dried food from someone else) The refrigerator ran for most of the night (very annoying) The ice cream in the freezer slightly melted, but we loved the staff and the location is awesome. "
