"It was the perfect staycation and a huge bonus to me and my partner that it is a pet-friendly hotel so we brought our dog with us (no pet fees!!!) I loved the space and I loved how easy it was to order within the room instead of having to go out for food. I definitely would recommend this place and would love to come back!"
"Hotel was clean, high end, with friendly and helpful staff. The Valet in particular was a kind Italian gentleman who was helpful and informative. Only issue from my end was the “parking” I paid for turned out to be a lot several blocks from the hotel. I chose just to use the valet service but save yourself some headache and just do valet from the start. Overall 10/10 and will be returning! "
"Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. TV remote is finicky and the cable cuts out during storms very boring, they should invest in smart tvs to login to your Netflix etc like at other properties. Pool and Terrance looked nice but didn’t use. No mini fridge in room and early check in had a cost despite having rooms available. "
"Very Nice Hotel, In the heart of Chicago. Friendly and professional staff and the vallet guys are top notch not to mention cool. You are legit in walking distance of some if not all of what Chicago has to offer in terms of touristy type tings. "
