"This was our second time to stay at Hyatt Zilara Cancun. The first time was seven years ago. Not a lot had changed. One thing that was missing this time was fresh fruit. On our previous visit, there was huge fresh blackberries available at each meal every day we were there. There were none this time. No fresh strawberries, also. However, the food was great. Service was great. Everything was clean. We especially enjoyed Punta Vista for breakfast and lunch. Auturo was our favorite waiter!...

Cons: The food was very bland, and there aren't a lot of free seating options near the pools. The free chairs get taken by about 10:00 AM, then you have to stay at the beach or rent a cabana. "
