"We had a wonderful time at Fontainebleau. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is incredibly kind from the men outside to the front desk and pool staff. The pool area is fabulous. The only thing I would say can be improved is the housecleaning. This includes the tub not being cleaned, hair on the floor and there was a black stain on one of the comforters that we asked 3 times if it could be replaced and it never was so we just gave up. The same for picking up room service food. They tell you to call them to tell them to pick it up, but no one ever came so after two days we left the table outside the room hoping someone would pick it up, but it was still there when we checked out. It’s only six months old and I’m sure there’s still kinks that need to be worked out and perhaps they’re even short staffed. Even with these few mishaps we’ll definitely be staying there again. "
