When I checked in they asked me if I wanted my room cleaned every day & since I have a toddler I said yes, we got our room cleaned ONCE in five days of staying there! No free breakfast EVERYTHING we wanted to eat had to be bought, even the coffee! So upselled and NOT WORTH the price, the food was subpar! "We were checking out early in the morning and there wasn't anyone at the desk. There wasn't a valet attendant present either. We called the front desk and someone finally came out to help. They were able to get someone to bring our car around as well. The shower and shower head were amazing! The room was spacious and clean. We had a lovely view of the water."
