"4 night stay with partner on a 7 day visit to Boston & the Cape in late May. Just off Boston Common so a central location for most attractions. Easy access to metro line. Comfortable and clean although the carpet in our room had rips and a bit missing around the edge. Hotel claims to have balcony offering views of Common. Ours didn't (not all rooms can, I accept that) but the balcony itself wasn't inviting. No furniture, just a concrete space. Friendly staff, particularly in bar/restaurant...
