First, they put me in a commected room. They should ask first the guest if its ok in connected room. Im only by myseld and i have a bad experience in connected room. Jasmine help me with that. Second, the light in my room is not working. Third, the towel holder inside tge washroom was really dirty its like months that never cleane but still they put all the towel and the dirts goes to towels and i took a picture of it. Lastly, i talked to the front desk if i can do late check out by 12nn and she said only till 11:30am and i said its ok. And by 11:10am someone knocking at my door and im inside the washroom and surprise im still there and asking me of i will stay more. There is no communication. I want to reach the manager or the general manager about this.

The hotel is real clean around and in the rooms, the only issue is they wanted to charge $20 per day for parking and it’s not on their website or on Expedia so they couldn’t charge it. There is a destination charge which is unusual to charge but I guess.

The staff was all very friendly. Some rooms don’t have microwaves but there is a community microwave in the lobby. The grab and go shop in the hotel is really convenient but slightly pricy. Worth it if you don’t want to drive or Uber to the store. The pool is clean and the hot tub was fantastic. The laundry facility could use a hair more maintenance but having it at all was really nice and made leaving and packing way easier. The area they prefer people to smoke in has seating and is in the shade for a decent amount of the day. The front desk clerks were all very kind and they have a pin trading board for people looking to trade Disney pins. The elevator has been inspected recently which is not common in the area. Parking is slightly more expensive than some other places, but it’s not obscene. I would absolutely stay here again.
