"Great property overall, though it does attract a much younger crowd which was the only downside. A lot of young kids, teenagers and very young adults. "

"The hotel has invested in the lobby and the casino, but the rooms need to be upgraded especially the beds — lifted off the ground. The carpets need to be changed. New paint or wallpaper would greatly improve the appearance. The windows are not modern. Which distracts from the view.There’s a lot to work on, but overall, I would rate it average. the location is great for eating and shopping . "

"Great ambience, friendly staff, clean casino and rooms. Pool area and staff were great. Self check in kiosk said my room wasn’t ready despite being 730pm so had to stand in line for 40 min since there was only about 5 staff members checking in and handing complaints. The staff however all handled themselves excellently as we watched the show. On check out there was a sign to say check in & check out with the same huge line. Luckily I asked someone if this was the check out line who...

"The good: Sofa bad was super-comfy for kids (which is generally rare). Easy inside walk to Bellagio, Cosmo, and Aria. Now the bad: We ordered wine at a table in the bar on the lobby floor during non-busy time around 11pm, but we were NOT served for 20 minutes or so, so we had to leave and find another place. My advice is to go to a barman directly, and do not order anything from waiters there."

"The location was older and not well-kept (stains on sheets, dust bunnies in the corners and old/stained furniture). Contact stated that they are/were in the process of remodeling and had new cleaners. We checked out before contact could remediate."

"Traveled with 6 kids, someone accused them of stealing a laptop, the man was very aggressive. Scared the kids but hotel security handled the situation well. The man apologized because it wasn’t my kids. Security checked cameras. Other than that bad experience, the hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly. "
