"Ollantaytambo was a great experience for our family of 5. The hotel was a big part of that. The staff was extremely friendly and service minded overall. An example - we went to Machu Picchu, where we all had to get up and jump on a train at 5. The staff prepared breakfast boxes we could bring on the train. Something they did not have too.
