"We booked this place based on proximity to Place Bell and we were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, upkeep and staff interactions. It is very reasonably priced and has everything you need in the room. Laval is definitely not the touristy side of Montreal, so we were a little surprised by the location (lack of amenities), but that really has nothing to do with the motel. We would book here again and recommend it to our friends."

"Bed and towels were clean, fresh and smelled good. I believe both bathtubs could of been cleaned better. Fortunately, I always bring my stuff to clean the baths when I go to a hotel due to an unpleasant experience somewhere else in the past. But overall, it was alright. I went there because I rented a room there for my father 2 years ago and he told me it was a good place. BE CAREFUL!!! THEY DON’T TELL YOU AND IT IS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE, BUT THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!! "

"Our stay at Comfort Suites was delightful. On the initial day, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which made the temperature uncomfortably high. However, upon notifying the staff, they promptly relocated us to another room that not only had a functional AC but also boasted a balcony. "It's a personal preference. There is nothing wrong with the property itself.its just right off a busy road. If you miss it you have to double back. My GPS was a godsend. Like I mentioned the property itself is great just pay attention so you don't miss it if you are new to the area like we were. "

"The property is very accessible and at the center of the city. The value for money is fine. However, the fact that the toilet and shower are out of the room, it was not convenient, probably it was our mistake not to look seriously at the conditions. The service is great, particularly the person on the front desk is very humble one. The way he treats people is appreciated. "

"Our overall stay was good. We were on the main floor. The sliding doors to go outside didn't slide well at all and they had a makeshift locking mechanism for the sliding door. The breakfast left a lot to desire. The eggs were horrible and the potatoes weren't much better."

"We stayed 3 nights and we had zero issues! Our room was clean, the hotel was pretty much overall clean. Dining area during breakfast could use improvement with cleaning in the mornings. The pool area was clean and fun! We loved that you had to use your hotel key to park up back to protect against auto theft, as well as cameras. I will be staying here again if I come back to the area! "
