The Good: Comfortable Stay: I slept very well during my visit—the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Walking barefoot or in socks left the bottoms of my feet black and filthy. In addition, the complex hallways had a unpleasant odor; I strongly recommend management thoroughly mop and sanitize the floors and maintain hallway air freshness between guest check-ins. Poor Communication & Deposit Stress: Communication from management was extremely poor. I ran into an issue with my Visa card and had a very difficult time reaching anyone for assistance. The night before my arrival, I was completely stressed out trying to get clear details about my security deposit due to the lack of response. Final Verdict: The apartment itself has great potential with its comfortable bedding and beautiful views, but the management urgently needs to improve guest communication and overall cleanliness to make the experience worthwhile.
