Hardcopy issued by the local authority of each country (issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Estonia, or Monaco) with Japanese translation by the authorised organisation is allowed to drive in Japan
We will conduct an alcohol check of our guests prior to the driving tour.
If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol or intoxicated, you may not be allowed to participate in the tour.

There are no agents that will issue a 1949 Geneva Act International Driving Permit over the Internet. The correct format for the permit must be a booklet and must have the word 1949 Geneva, or the date of the actual convention, September 19, 1949 on the cover of the permit.
