Ziptrek Whistler Forest Zip line Adventure

by Ziptrek Ecotours Duration 2h 30m+ Free cancellation available No booking or credit card fees
per adult Price is C$125

Whiz through the air above Whistler's old-growth rainforests, creek-carved valleys and rocky hillsides, on a thrilling zip-line course. Opt to whiz down either 5 or 10 zip-lines, as you make your way from platform to platform, on this adrenaline-pumping eco-adventure.

Step into your harness and then follow your guide high up into the ancient pine, fir and cedar canopy. You can choose among the Bear Course, the Eagle Course or the Mammoth Course – each offers a different level of difficulty and thrills. Clamber across a network of canopy bridges and platforms, for spectacular views of the forest environment and the snowcapped peaks beyond.

The anticipation builds as you walk to the first platform in the trees, and then prepare for your first zip-line. Feel the adrenaline-rush as you leap into the air, and then fly along the zip-line’s steel cables. The ground drops out from under you as you cross over creeks and ravines, on your way down the cable. Each zip-line is unique and provides a different view and experience – the Eagle Tour, the newest line, stretches an exhilarating 730 metres (2,400 feet) and drops down 30 storeys toward the forest floor.

As you explore, your guide offers tips and techniques for getting the most out of your ride, and also provides insight and commentary on the surrounding vegetation and animals, who call this verdant refuge home.

A brilliant afternoon spent on the activity. The leader Kirsty was amazing - girl power. Can recommend this to anybody as we’d no previous experience and loved the 5 different zip lines especially the last one.
