What you can expect

Enjoy the use of a sauna by the lake, while heating up with views of stunning Lake Tahoe. A lot of guests like to jump in the lake for an ice-cold plunge during their sauna experience. Challenge yourself to the cold plunge, rejuvenating your soul, cool off in the water to heat back up for ultimate relaxation.

The sauna will be located at the Tahoe Vista Recreation area for limited days so check the calendar for availability. Come down to the beach and join in the sauna. Book 1-hour time slots from 9 AM to 4 PM. The early morning spots and late afternoon spots are the most popular, leaving more availability during the middle part of the day.
