Start of the surf lesson The experience begins with a 20-minute preparation session. When you arrive at Makaha Beach, you will receive your wetsuit and then perform a series of warm-up and stretching exercises, designed to prepare your body and improve your endurance before entering the water. Theoretical session Our certified instructor will provide a brief but comprehensive theoretical explanation, in which you will learn the basic techniques of surfing: how to stand on the board, maintain balance and control direction when taking a wave. Surf time! Once ready, you will receive a table suitable for your level and size. You will enter the sea accompanied by your instructor, who will be by your side at all times to help you catch waves, improve your technique and provide you with personalised advice so you can enjoy this exciting activity to the fullest. End of class At the end of the session on the water, you can rest and enjoy the satisfaction of having surfed on one of the most iconic beaches in Lima.
