The tour guide should speak out louder No time for questions was left Too many details are not remembered by tourists The tour guides of Italian origin should work in their English pronunciation to make it more clear to non English speakers who select the tour in English option. Sometimes, it was very difficult to understand the pronunciation from Italian guides. Please, don’t take me wrong, Italian guides have great knowledge of the topics, but, it should be followed by clear English pronunciation. At the end, we chose tours only in Spanish. It was much much better.
