  • This tour has 2 distinct sections with 2 different tour guides. The monastery tour ends at the bell tower. You will then make your own way to meet your guide at the Cini Foundation for the second part of the tour.

  • The island of San Giorgio Maggiore can be reached by vaporetto. Take the line 2 from the San Marco-San Zaccaria stop near St. Mark’s plaza; the ride takes approximately 4 minutes. Be sure to buy a roundtrip ticket if you don’t have a day pass for public transport.
