Absolutely wonderful. This is by far our fave day trip out that we’ve done in this beautiful country. Highly recommend.

To begin with, when I called them to arrange for a pickup at my hotel, they said I should walk over as it was ‘five minutes away’. I checked online and it was more than 10 mins away, it would be dark at 7:30 am, and it was raining. So I called them back and asked them to pick me up as per the agreement when I booked. They did pick me up. Soon after we got on the bus, the driver, Serge kept on going on about how much he and the tour guide should be tipped! The tour itself went well, but on the way back, the bus broke down and we were stuck on the side of the highway for more than 2 hours! On the way back, Serge again kept going on about how he should be tipped. Again there was the issue of being dropped off at our hotels. An elderly couple was dropped off blocks away from their hotel, in a strange city, with no idea as to where their hotel was. I was dropped off a few blocks away. I got back at 11:30 pm instead of 8:30 pm!

The tour was excellent. The guide in Quebec City, Katia, was very knowledgeable about historical facts. We walked around the old city and she pointed out interesting landmarks. She run the tour in English, French, and Spanish too. We also had 3 hours to visit the city by ourselves. We visit the falls, as well and we had some time for pictures there. The driver, Serge, was skilled and drove us safely from and to Montreal. Overall an excellent experience.
