What you can expect

Enjoy a different way to learn about history and culture with this fun chocolate-making class. During this family-friendly activity, you'll explore Mesoamerica’s often-overlooked history of chocolate during a guided tour of the museum.

Then, you'll get hands-on experience tempering, moulding, and decorating your own cacao creations to take home. Make flavoured ganache and prepare filled chocolate bonbons and truffles, and gain skills you can use for the rest of your life.
