What you can expect

Putt your way through Philadelphia—quite literally—on an 18-hole miniature golf course featuring the city's most historic sights. Head to Franklin Square, one of Philly's original plazas, for a family-friendly activity that's as educational as it is fun.

Try to get a hole-in-one as you putt through the city's best-known attractions. The holes are designed to look like Philly's most significant spots, including the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Ben Franklin Bridge, LOVE Park, and Elfreth's Alley, the nation's oldest residential street.

As you putt along, recount the history of Franklin Square, which first opened in 1683 during the planning of Philadelphia. Originally called North East Publick Square, the park was renamed in 1825 in honour of Benjamin Franklin. In the early years, it was used for storing gunpowder during the American Revolution and drilling soldiers during the War of 1812. It now houses Philly Mini Golf, the Franklin Square Fountain, Parx Liberty Carousel, and 2 playgrounds.
